Favourite Quotes
One of my favourite authors is Stephen King. His entire book On Writing could be considered my favourite quote, but I'll just pick one sentence.
This quote is one hundred percent true for me. I have anxiety problems and sometimes it's pretty bad. Starting anything can be scary for me. Even calling to order a pizza can take me 5 to 10 minutes just to dial the number but once I've done it and the person answers I'm fine.
I also read this quote somewhere (I think it was on Pinterest) and often find myself repeating it over and over again when times feel tough, or things aren't working out how I want them to.
And I have many, many more favourite quotes because I am a quote junkie. I actually have an entire Pinterest board for inspirational quotes!

Good quotes! My favourite quote is from my mother. She always says when I'm procrastinating about doing something "Time's going to pass anyway, you might as well go ahead and do it".
ReplyDeleteThat is so true. I'm always procrastinating, so that quote will definitely be worth remembering!
DeleteLove the Stephen King quote. I also have anxiety about starting stuff. Once I do, I am fine...it's just starting it.
ReplyDeleteSame, and even though I know that I will be fine it's still really hard to get started :P
DeleteI loved Stephen King for years!
ReplyDeleteOh man, King definitely nailed that one on the head. lol
ReplyDeleteDefinitely!
DeleteLove both of the quotes!
ReplyDeleteI am a quote-lover! I even have a quote journal that I write my favorites in. Thanks for sharing these two - I love them both!
